Lindsay Gramlich, a prominent central Indiana nonprofit CEO, has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s (IBJ) 2026 “Forty Under 40” class. The annual award recognizes 40 young local professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made their mark in their profession before the age of 40.
Gramlich has been a longtime community advocate and has over 16 years of experience in Central Indiana philanthropy. Currently, she serves as the President and CEO of Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis, a nonprofit leadership organization dedicated to helping girls realize their full potential. She has also worked in various capacities at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and is an alumna of several renowned leadership fellowships.
“I am deeply honored to be included in this year’s Forty Under 40 alongside such a talented and driven group of leaders,” Gramlich said. “My work has always been fueled by a desire to ensure that young girls in Indiana have the tools and resources they need to succeed in life, and this recognition also belongs to the many partners who have worked with me to make a difference in Central Indiana.”
The 2026 Forty Under 40 class will be featured in a special edition of the IBJ and was recently honored at an awards ceremony in Indianapolis.
