Epcon Communities will celebrate the groundbreaking of The Courtyards of Hazel Dell at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 at 17252 Hazel Dell Road, Noblesville. Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen, Epcon Indianapolis President Robyn Crawford, and other community leaders will speak at the event, which the public is welcome to attend.
Starting from the upper $400,000s, The Courtyards of Hazel Dell will offer 111 home sites and four home designs ranging from 1,550 to more than 4,000 square feet. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, bocce and pickleball court. The community will also have direct access to Midland Trace Trail.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of our highly anticipated low-maintenance community in Noblesville,” Crawford said. “The resort-style amenities, low-maintenance living and private courtyards give residents a lock-and-leave lifestyle in a convenient area with a connection to the Midland Trace Trail.”
Epcon also has five other active communities in the Indianapolis area. More than 35,000 families and individuals call an Epcon community “home,” making Epcon one of the top lifestyle-rich home developers in the country year after year.
