On Thursday, the Noblesville Lions Club donated $15,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville (BGCN). This money came from an endowment given to the Lions Club when Irv Heath passed away. Heath served in the Noblesville Lions Club for over 70 years. He also was one of the Founders of BGCN and served on its Board of Directors for 41 years.
(Above) BGCN plans to use the money for a new Irv Heath Amphitheater at Camp Crosser. BGCN Executive Director Becky Terry accepts a check from Lion Julia Kozicki, Lions 25-D District Governor, as well as nine additional Noblesville Lions who attended and offered congratulations to Ms. Terry.
