‘Hawks volleyball falls to Shenandoah

The Sheridan volleyball team fell to Shenandoah 25-21, 25-10, 25-19 in a Wednesday home match.
Emma Went had six digs for the Blackhawks, while Abbi Clouser collected five digs and served three aces. Taylor Bates hit 11 kills, dished out four assists and made two blocks. Kaiden Wilson had two blocks, while Jacquellynne Bates and Allie Delph both had five digs.
In the junior varsity match, the Raiders won 25-12, 25-7. Hailey Curry served one ace for Sheridan.
The Blackhawks varsity will travel to Indiana School for the Deaf on Saturday for a tournament.
