Fairman
Congratulations to Jenell Fairman, Deputy Director of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission, on her recent scholarship award.
Fairman will attend the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Fall Meeting and while there, will represent the City of Carmel at the ULI Americas award reception as a finalist for the Monon Boulevard Midtown Plaza project.
