Paver Rescue founder’s love of pets leads to “pawsome” partnership with Humane Society

While the team at Paver Rescue spends their workdays focused on paver stone repair, cleaning and sealing, their passion for pets is never far behind. In 1999, Paver Rescue’s founder and president, Tony Lausas, rescued his first pup, Pavers, and has been an avid supporter of pet adoptions ever since.

“After years of personally supporting local animal shelters, I wanted Paver Rescue’s community outreach to focus on animal rescues and rehoming,” Lausas said. “The Humane Society for Hamilton County was a natural choice. Everyone on our team loves pets!”

As a corporate sponsor of the Humane Society for Hamilton County, Paver Rescue financially supports the non-profit organization’s mission to save lives, educate communities and complete families. The society is Indiana’s only open admission, truly no-kill shelter. In addition to the sponsorship, Paver Rescue’s team members will volunteer at the shelter, and the company will donate its services to maintain the Humane Society’s commemorative brick patio.

“This partnership with Paver Rescue already means so much to us and our donors,” said Jennifer Dant, corporate sponsorship & events manager or the Humane Society of Hamilton County. “As a pet friendly company, they understand the importance of pets and their impact on quality of life. Not only are they financially supporting our animals with generous donations, but the company also plans to maintain and install the bricks in our Memorial Plaza. We truly struck gold with Paver Rescue.”
