This week, Fishers-based Meyer Najem Construction participated in National Construction Safety week with safety demonstrations from 3M, education, and fall prevention discussions.
Construction is a physically and mentally demanding occupation. Creating a sense of shared purpose with a culture that supports the mental, emotional and physical health of workers can ease the burden. That’s why this year’s Safety Week emphasizes the strength that comes from being connected across job sites, companies and the industry.
“At Meyer Najem, we have a responsibility to acknowledge the challenges our workers face and create an environment where safety is a priority, but through training, teamwork, and resources, we’re able to tackle any challenge that comes our way,” said Traci Hardin, Meyer Najem’s Vice President of Safety & Compliance.
