Pleasant Street recently opened between 11th and 13th streets in Noblesville as part of Phase 2 of the construction.
Pleasant Street traffic from 16th Street to 19th Street is being maintained on the newly constructed eastbound lanes while the contractor works to construct the new westbound lanes.
Pleasant Street remains closed from 13th Street to 16th Street for ground improvement work and construction of a new bridge over Wilson Drain.
19th Street is closed for construction of the roundabout, and is anticipated to re-open to traffic in mid-October.
