Ella Satterfield of Noblesville has been selected for the prestigious Television Academy Foundation Internship program. She is one of 40 students chosen by Television Academy members from across the country for the 2026 Summer Internship program. The Foundation offers paid internships at top Hollywood studios and production companies annually to college students nationwide.

Satterfield is currently a senior at the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fla., majoring in film with a minor in business art and design. She will intern this summer in the commercials production department at Radical Media in Santa Monica, Calif., through the Foundation’s program.

“It means the world to know I have the support of the members of the Television Academy,” Satterfield said. “Being recognized by the people who give out the highest honors in television sparks my determination to jump into my branded entertainment career. I have an incredible opportunity to thrive in this internship, and with the guidance of the Television Academy, I am ready to put my all into this summer!”

She continued, “I am so excited to learn from industry professionals about how the branded world works, and adapt what I’ve learned in school to these new environments. My ultimate goal is to be a director of branded entertainment for a creative production agency.”

Satterfield was raised in Noblesville where she was home schooled.

“I grew up volunteering over 1,000 hours at a living history site where I taught guests about Indiana agriculture while helping raise heritage breed cows, sheep, goats, chickens and more,” Satterfield said. “When not on the farm, I grew up on the lake surfing with my family, staying up all night playing games or drawing with friends.”

The Television Academy Foundation shapes the art of creating television by engaging and educating the next generation of television professionals, providing essential resources that help them discover their voices, refine their skills and forge rewarding careers in every sector of the television industry. The Internship program provides over 50 students from across the nation with hands-on work experience and networking opportunities for accelerated career development in more than 30 disciplines annually.
