Lucas Oil has been named a 2026 Community Impact Award Winner by Culture of Good in recognition of its meaningful commitment to serving others, strengthening communities, and using business as a force for good.

“Lucas Oil is honored to receive the Community Impact Award for a second consecutive year, which underscores our team’s commitment to giving back in an intentional way,” Lucas Oil President Katie Lucas said. “Philanthropy is central to the work we do at Lucas Oil, and it is deeply meaningful to everyone at our organization to be recognized as a leading voice and steward in this space. Each day, we challenge ourselves with a simple question: How can we best serve others?”

Katie Lucas, alongside CEO Morgan Lucas, leads Lucas Oil with a longstanding commitment to serving communities, both in central Indiana where the company is headquartered, and beyond. In addition to this recognition, the pair was named “Outstanding Philanthropists of the Year” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in November 2025.

Lucas Oil expanded its philanthropic and community impact footprint in 2025 through several key initiatives:

  • Celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Lucas Family Brain and Spine Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent, an Indiana hub for advanced brain and spine care.
  • Hosted the 17th Lucas Oil Eric Medlen Memorial Golf Tournament, which has raised $2.3 million to date for Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (PMCH) and Ascension St. Vincent.
  • Expanded its longstanding partnership with the Indiana Fever as the company continues to champion women in the workplace, whether in the auto industry, the boardroom or on a basketball court.
  • Strengthened its support for Wheeler Mission by co-presenting the 2025 Drumstick Dash and supporting the installation of a children’s shoe bank within Wheeler Mission’s Center for Women & Children.
  • Launched the inaugural Lucas Oil Uncorked fundraiser, generating more than $200,000 for PMCH and Ascension St. Vincent.
  • Sponsored the Marvella Mobile initiative, a community-focused mobile sports unit making its debut during WNBA All-Star 2025 in Indianapolis.

Presented annually by Culture of Good, the Community Impact Awards recognize for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the United States that are making a measurable difference through service, generosity, partnership, and purpose-driven leadership. The award celebrates organizations that not only succeed in business but also create a positive impact in the communities they serve.

“We are proud to recognize organizations like Lucas Oil that are choosing to lead with purpose,” Culture of Good Founder Ryan McCarty said. “The Community Impact Awards celebrate businesses and nonprofits that understand success is not only about what you achieve, but also about how you lift others along the way.”

The 2026 Community Impact Award winners were publicly announced on May 27 during a live virtual celebration hosted by Culture of Good. For more information about the Community Impact Awards, visit CultureOfGood.com.
