We will prepare your notice for our pages and reply with all the details (including runs dates and cost) before publication begins.
We publish weekday digital editions and Monday print editions. All legal notices will publish in both print and digital on Mondays. The submission deadline for Monday publication is 3 p.m. on Friday.
If you are facing a tight deadline, the State of Indiana allows us to publish legal notices in Tuesday through Friday digital editions, but in those instance we will follow up in print on the next Monday at no additional cost. The deadline for Tuesday through Friday legal notices is 3 p.m. on the business day before first publication.
