“I’m running for State Representative to tackle the issues Hamilton County families care about and find solutions to our most pressing challenges, and our message is resonating across the district,” Lopez said. “I am humbled by the support our campaign has received, I’m honored to be your Republican nominee for House District 39, and I look forward to meeting with every single voter in this district over the next several months.”

Lopez, a senior executive with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, has enjoyed a 20-year career as a leader in the private and public sectors. He has held leadership positions in the Daniels, Pence, and Holcomb administrations and was State Director for Indiana Senator Dan Coats. He has served on the boards of directors of a long list of impactful not-for-profit organizations.

He and his wife Sofia live in Carmel with their two children, Daniel and Alexandra.

Indiana’s 39th District is located entirely within Hamilton County and includes portions of Carmel and Westfield. Lopez will face Democrat Matt McNally in the November general election.
