Kroger announces holiday hiring event

Kroger Central Division announced on Monday, Nov. 3 its “Season of Staffing” plan to hire approximately 400 associates ahead of the busy holiday season and beyond.

The announcement covers stores across four states, from northwestern Ohio to southeastern Missouri. The grocer invites jobseekers interested in roles such as baggers, cashiers, deli bakery clerks, e-commerce associates, pharmacy technicians, and more.

“Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, we have a place for you,” Division President Colleen Juergensen said. “Kroger offers a team-oriented, inclusive culture with tremendous potential for growth. We hope applicants quickly discover why Kroger says, ‘Come for a job. Stay for a career.’”

Division leaders will host a hiring event this week at all 126 of its stores.

New associates in Kroger Central Division will join more than 18,000 the company wishes to hire across the country.
