The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners on Monday honored Jon Baldwin with the Rampart Award. The award recognizes citizens who have an “attitude of teamwork, a generosity of spirit, and a desire to tirelessly support their communities.” Baldwin is the coordinator of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) where he trains volunteers to help support Emergency Management Agency during disasters.
