Barrett Law East & West
Barrett East
Road work is scheduled to begin at Barrett East the week of Monday, April 15. As crews work from the south end of the project to the north, towards 131st Street, there will be lane restrictions in place. The roadway will not be closed and access will be maintained to all businesses. Ultimately, all three roadways of Parkside, Publishers, and Enterprise will be addressed between 126th and 131st streets. This project, weather permitting, will be completed in approximately one to one-and-a-half weeks.
Barrett West
The contractor has located and marked all utilities, and the “potholing” of those utilities is scheduled to begin on Thursday, April 18. Once utilities are located, work on Phase 1 will begin, which includes reconstruction of Britton Park Road (south of the fork) and Trade Center Drive. Road construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 22. Access to businesses will be maintained during the project.
