Carmel picks up wins at IWU Qualifier

The Carmel track and field teams got several event victories at the Hoosier State Relays Qualifier #3 at Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday, March 14.

Gabriel Davis was first in the boys high jump, while the Greyhounds also won the 4×200 relay. Carmel’s girls picked up wins in the 4×800 and distance medley relays.

Westfield and Hamilton Heights also competed at the meet. The Shamrocks’ Austin Scheerer was second in the boys pole vault, while Jolie Miller was the girls’ high jump runner-up. The Huskies’ Allie Bushey was second in the girls 3200 run.
