HOPE Family Care Center’s 5K Walk/Run will take place at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, on the unpaved cross country trail at Hamilton Heights. Check-in starts at 1:45 p.m. All ages and paces are welcome, including families with strollers.
Register now at this link. Between now and Oct. 3, if you register three participants, the fourth participant is free! Your $35 registration includes a special HOPE 5K T-shirt, and it puts you in the running for top finisher awards and prizes.
No pets are allowed because the event will be on school grounds. All ages are welcome; you do not have to be 18 years and older to participate. Children not in strollers will receive a T-shirt, and thus do need to be registered.
HOPE Family Care Center is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit clinic providing free medical, dental, and counseling services to uninsured, underinsured, and medically under-served patients from Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, Boone, and surrounding counties. Learn more at hopefamilycare.org.
