Carmel High School Planetarium to present “The Little Star That Could”

The Carmel High School Planetarium Club invites you to see “The Little Star That Could.”

The presentation will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 in the Carmel High School Planetarium. Click here for tickets.

“The Little Star That Could” is a story about Little Star, an average yellow star in search for planets of his own to protect and warm. Along the way, he meets other stars, learns what makes each star special, and discovers that stars combine to form star clusters and galaxies. Eventually, Little Star finds his planets. Each planet is introduced to the audience with basic information about our Solar System.

Attendees will also tour the night sky in the planetarium This presentation is suitable for audiences of ages 4 and above. This show will run for 45 minutes.

Enter through the main entrance of the school on Main Street, walk past the Dale Graham Auditorium, and turn right. Doors will open 15 minutes before show time. No one will be admitted after the program begins. Children aged 12 years and younger should be accompanied by an adult.
