The Tipton County Public Library (TCPL) will hold an informational meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26 to update the community on developments regarding the library’s fine art collection.
Information will be presented regarding the current progress on three key initiatives: the development of a dedicated gallery space to display artwork, ongoing conservation efforts to preserve pieces in the collection, and fundraising strategies to support both preservation and exhibition activities.
“This meeting is an opportunity for community members to stay informed about how we’re caring for and presenting our fine art collection,” Communications Manager Shelly Powell said. “We want to keep the public updated on these important cultural preservation efforts.”
The informational session will include time for attendees to ask questions. All community members interested in learning more about the library’s art collection are invited to attend.
The meeting will take place at TCPL, located at 127 E. Madison St. For more information, call the library at (765) 675-8761 or visit in person.
