Hamilton Southeastern fell to Lawrence North 70-53 in a Tuesday road game.
The Class 4A No. 5 Wildcats led 15-10 after one quarter and 25-21 at halftime, then pulled away in the third quarter by outscoring the Royals 21-12. Lawrence North clinched the game with a 24-point fourth quarter.
Maverick Young led Southeastern with 12 points, including three 3-pointers. Donovan Hamilton scored 11 points and pulled four rebounds. Michael Griffith and Kameron Anthony both had four rebounds as well. Braeden Totten and Deion Miles both had eight points.
The Royals are 15-8 and finish the regular season Thursday by hosting North Central.
