State Sen. Kyle Walker (R-Lawrence) and House Speaker Todd Huston (R-Fishers) recently presented House Concurrent Resolution 18, which congratulates Hamilton Southeastern High School for winning the Indiana Bar Foundation’s “We the People” competition. The team will compete at the national finals, where they will represent Indiana in Washington, D.C. in the spring.
