“Broccoli Bill’s and Slapfish are family-owned businesses, and Slapfish is a natural addition to the Broccoli Bill’s culture. We are committed to healthy, tasty, fresh food for you and your family,” said Mark Weghorst. “Slapfish will bring Hoosiers the freshest gourmet seafood dishes in the state while also offering a family-focused vibe at a price point that’s just right. “We are confident that Slapfish Indiana will soon become the go-to seafood destination in the Indianapolis area and the surrounding areas,” said Slapfish Founder and CEO Chef Andrew Gruel. “Hoosiers can now enjoy high-end seafood at accessible price points at our first Midwest location. Slapfish is excited to be a part of the long-standing reputation of Broccoli Bill’s, which shares our focus to bring sustainable, fresh and healthy options to everyone.”
