Gloria “Cookie” Branham, 71, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at her home. She was born on February 7, 1953, to William and Sarah (Owens) Hazelwood in Franklin, Ind.
Gloria worked at Leatherite and Goodwill. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, and bingo. Gloria was a huge Elvis fan. She loved her family and loved being a granny.
Gloria is survived by her children, Danny (Lisa) Branham Jr., Denny (Robin) Branham, David Branham, Donna (Steve) Kissel, and Donald Branham; grandchildren, Jillian (Nate) Pickering, Grace Branham (Devon Wynn), Savannah (Tucker) Million, Alexis Branham, Toni (Jeremiah) Sloderbeck, David Branham II, Miranda Branham, David (Abbey) Johnson, Heather (Chris) Shuler, Charles Elliott, Kimberly (Collin) Hull, and Jada Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Grayson, Brady, Luca, Elijah, Oliver, Sawyer, William, Alexandria, Reagan, Charlotte, Aria, Chanson and Maddie; and her siblings, Jack Hazelwood, Patty Aicher, Carlene Powell, Charlotte Kitchens, and Carl Hazelwood.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Danny E. Branham; granddaughter, Shantel Branham; and her siblings, Barbara “Joann” Powell, William J. Hazelwood, Agnes Pruitt, Wilma Sanders, Martha Penwell, Ernest Hazelwood, Jenny Lee Wilkinson, Robert Hazelwood, Lebert “Sonny” Hazelwood, Wilbur Hazelwood, Marvin Hazelwood, Bruce Jay Hazelwood, and Frankie Hazelwood.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m., with services at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Brad Bennett will officiate. Gloria will be laid to rest next to her husband, Danny, at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
