Onyx+East, a full-service home builder, has announced the sales launch for Nickel Row, a 35-unit luxury townhome community in Fishers.

Adjacent to the Nickel Plate Trail, the community offers direct access to the rails-to-trails multi-use path that runs through downtown Fishers. Vertical construction is expected to begin at Nickel Row in February, with the first model home, located at 11356 Fishers Pointe Blvd., scheduled for completion in September of this year.

Offering a walkable, suburban lifestyle, Nickel Row’s three-story townhomes are available for sale at a starting price in the mid-$500,000s. Each timeless brick home will feature flexible open-concept interiors, energy-saving technology, high-end finishes and attached two-car garages. Residents can choose from multiple floor plans that range from 2,190 to 2,317 square feet, three or four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms. Additionally, 12 homes will give buyers the option to include private elevators.

Buyers have the opportunity to use Onyx+East’s local design center and experienced professionals to customize finishes and features.

Nickel Row’s location is highly desirable, as Fishers continues to be recognized as one of Indiana’s top places to live, offering a top-rated school district. With the Nickel Plate District being less than a 10-minute walk from the front door, residents will enjoy walkable access to an assortment of restaurants, hotels, shopping, and entertainment options, including the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater.

“Nickel Row is an exciting milestone for Onyx+East as we expand our footprint in Fishers and throughout all of Hamilton County,” Onyx+East CEO Kelli Lawrence said. “This community represents the thoughtful, design-forward development we strive to deliver. With direct access to the Nickel Plate Trail and proximity to downtown Fishers, Nickel Row offers an opportunity to enjoy modern living in one of the best locations on Indianapolis’ north side.”

While Nickel Row marks Onyx+East’s first development in Fishers, the community is just one component of meaningful expansion across Hamilton County. Onyx+East is actively selling and constructing at Flora in Carmel, a 121-home community set on 37 acres. The builder will also break ground for the first time in Westfield in 2026 at Trillium, a 105-home subdivision along the Monon Trail.
