Margaret Rose Hendrickson

January 5, 1943 – March 25, 2026

Margaret Rose Hendrickson, 83, Arcadia, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Margaret was a much beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who spent her life pouring into her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and anyone who had the fortune of crossing her path. She was a woman who excelled in her work as a professional cleaner, but whose true legacy lives on in the lives of the many people she touched. She was a woman who was deeply committed to her family and who was generous beyond measure.

Margaret is survived by her three children, Paul Parsley, Charles (Angie) Parsley, and Heather Livingston. She was a proud grandmother to Amanda Parsley, Andrea (Jonah) Ferguson, Jr (Kelsey) Parsley, Jack Parsley, Shawna Parsley, Logan Parsley, Blake (Shelby) Parsley, Chevy Livingston, and Daxton Livingston. Margaret had 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her sisters Norma Hall and Carolyn Saylor. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Gene Hendrickson; brothers, Teddy Arnold Brock and Jimmy Brock; sisters, Barbara Brock, Mona Abrams, and Francis Carol Brock; and parents, Charlie and Cledith Brock.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Hartley-Dunnichay Funeral Home, 209 W. Jackson St., Cicero, with funeral service to follow. Interment will be private.

Margaret left an indelible mark on everyone she met through her generosity, dedication, and love. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. We encourage family and friends to leave memories and upload photos on the memorial page to celebrate the life of our beloved Margaret Hendrickson.
