Members of the United States Navy Club of America, Ship 29, Noblesville were at the Riverside Cemetery, 201 S. 5th St., Noblesville, on Saturday morning to perform a three-round rifle volley in honor of the veterans. In May of 2008, the City of Noblesville dedicated a memorial to all veterans including those buried in Riverside Cemetery. The monument is located on the north side of the cemetery at the end of Maple Street. The salute to veterans was part of Saturday’s Noblesville Preservation Alliance Home Tour.
