Margarete A. Melvin, 92, Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on March 20, 1929, to the late Johann and Crescentia (Geyerhos) Sippel in Augsburg, Germany.
Margarete worked as a bank proof operator. She and Robert lived in the Clearwater, Fla., area for 48 years.
She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Melvin.
Private family services will be held. Margarete’s care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes in Noblesville.
