Koola Logistics doubles down on Carmel with new 38,000 square-foot corporate headquarters

Koola Logistics, a rapidly growing, family-owned freight brokerage headquartered in Carmel, is doubling down on its investment in the city with the opening of a new approximately 38,000 square-foot corporate headquarters at Hamilton Crossing VI.

The company’s new headquarters is located at 13085 Hamilton Crossing Blvd., where Koola Logistics occupies the fifth floor of the building.

The move represents another major milestone for Koola Logistics, which was founded in Carmel in 2019 with just three employees and has since grown into an approximately 100-person organization serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

“Our roots are here in Carmel, and as we looked at what the next chapter of Koola Logistics should look like, we wanted to continue investing right here in this community,” said Steve Paliska, Founder and President of Koola Logistics. “We’ve been fortunate to experience tremendous growth, but we still believe we are just getting started. This headquarters gives us the ability to continue building our team, creating jobs, and growing Koola Logistics in Carmel for years to come.”

The new headquarters provides Koola Logistics with significantly greater capacity for future growth, including more than 300 workstations, executive and private offices, conference and collaboration spaces, and expansive natural light throughout the fifth floor.

Employees also have access to building amenities including a fitness center with shower facilities, deli café, tenant lounge, structured parking, and common conference facilities.

The expansion comes during another period of significant growth for Koola Logistics. The company has grown from three employees at its founding to approximately 100 today while remaining family-owned, privately held, and debt-free.

Paliska said the company intends to maintain that independence as it continues expanding.

“We’ve built this company differently,” Paliska said. “There is no private equity behind us and no outside ownership driving our decisions. We’re building Koola for the long term. Our investment in this headquarters is an investment in our people, our culture and the City of Carmel.”

Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting

Koola Logistics will celebrate its new headquarters with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28.

The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. on the fifth floor at Koola Logistics, Hamilton Crossing VI, 13085 Hamilton Crossing Blvd., Carmel.

The celebration will include food and drinks, entertainment, activities for children, door prizes and tours of the new headquarters.
