On Saturday, Oct. 6, Mended Hearts partnered with Christ’s Community Church, 13097 Allisonville Road, Fishers, for a health fair and fundraiser. At that event, the church donated an automated external defibrillator (AED) to Mended Hearts in appreciation for their work in making the health fair a success.

Then, on Saturday, Oct. 13, the Atlanta Volunteer Fire Department received that same AED as part of Mended Hearts’ program of donating AEDs to Hamilton County non-profits. Chief Jerry Liston told The Reporter his department is very grateful to Linda Mason from Mended Hearts for selecting Atlanta to receive this gift.
