Chris Bradley (second from right), history teacher at University High School in Carmel, was named the Horseshoe Prairie Chapter, NSDAR’s 2020 Outstanding Teacher of American History. Bradley was honored with a desk award, a flag flown in his honor over the U.S. Capitol Building, and an Indiana State Tulip tree planted on the grounds of University High School.
