I’ve lived in Carmel for 59 years. Am a registered Republican but nearly always split my ticket. I believe the endorsement of your union is important, but your failure to endorse Matt Snyder for at large seat on the city council is a huge mistake and shaken my confidence in your judgement. I will pay no attention to your recommendations from now on and look to other sources of endorsement like the Fire fighters union.;; who appeare less political. Matt has twelve years experience in local government as a member of the township board and recently led theiir effort to dramatically improve our parks and fire department.
