The Farmers Bank announces several leadership promotions

The Farmers Bank announces five separate internal promotions: two at its Noblesville Financial Center, two at the Fishers Financial Center, and one new assistant vice president.

Noblesville Financial Center
Jamie Loughman & Samuel Crisci

Two team members at the Noblesville Financial Center have earned promotions. Jamie Loughman has been promoted to Financial Center Director, and Samuel Crisci has been promoted to Financial Center Assistant Director. Both stepped into their new leadership roles in late fall of 2025.

“These promotions reflect the strength and continuity of our Noblesville team,” said Steve Walter, Senior Vice President, Consumer Banking. “Jamie and Samuel have earned the trust of our customers through consistency, care, and a deep understanding of this community, and we are excited to see them lead the Noblesville Financial Center forward.”

Jamie Loughman, Financial Center Director

Loughman

Loughman is a lifelong Indiana resident and a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration. She has worked in the banking industry for four years and most recently served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Noblesville Financial Center.

Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, Jamie worked in the healthcare field at St. Vincent Health. Her decision to pursue banking was influenced by both her experiences during the COVID era and her upbringing in a small-town bank environment, where her mother served as a branch manager.

Loughman has built strong relationships with Noblesville customers over the past four and a half years, under the leadership of former Financial Center Director Syd Loomis, and is eager to continue serving them in her new role.

“I am so excited for this new opportunity,” Loughman said. “I am looking forward to continuing to provide top tier customer service to all our customers. In this role, I hope to help The Farmers Bank continue to grow in this community.”

Loughman lives in Lapel with her husband, Collin, and their two daughters. She also serves as President of Lapel Girls Softball and enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and cheering on her nieces and nephews at sporting events.

Samuel Crisci, Financial Center Assistant Director

Crisci

Crisci brings nearly three years of banking experience to his new role and has served The Farmers Bank in customer focused positions including the Universal Banker role. He attended the University of Cincinnati and Ivy Tech and began his professional career as a Team Lead with Regal Cinemas.

Crisci shared that his interest in banking was inspired by his father’s career in the industry. He credits both Loomis and Loughman as mentors who have helped shape his professional development.

“I am very excited to take on this new role with lots of new adventures and many familiar faces here to guide me,” Crisci said. “I am most excited to learn how to lead others and continue growing my knowledge, especially in lending.”

A resident of Carmel, Crisci enjoys sports, video games, and spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family.
