Ronnie Lee Nolton, Sr., 82, Greenfield, Ind., passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. He was born October 25, 1943, in Noblesville to the late James L. Nolton and Bernice (York) Weston.
Ronnie graduated from Westfield High School, served in the U.S. Army, and retired from Chrysler Automotive, Indianapolis, after 13 years of employment. He was a member of the Hancock Lodge #101, former Boys Scout Master, and was very active in several Girl Scout Troops for his daughters. He believed that being a scout was a great base for his children.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marybeth K. (Kubiak) Nolton; children, Ron Nolton, Jr., Shane Nolton, Nicole Carcerino, Heath Nolton, Heidi Campbell, and Whitney Nolton; half-sister, Aleta Cozart; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Noelle Nolton.
A private family service to honor and remember Ronnie will be held at the family’s pond at a later date. The staff at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel Greenfield is honored to care for Ronnie and his family.
