Dear Editor:
I knew Chris Evans as a practitioner before he became a magistrate judge. My type of law practice has placed me as an advocate in Magistrate Evans’ courtroom on multiple occasions since he was appointed to the position.
Magistrate Evans is a fair and impartial judicial officer who treats litigants and attorneys in his courtroom with respect. He not only possesses the knowledge, but also the wisdom, that is necessary to be the next judge of Hamilton Superior Court No. 3.
