The Hamilton County Health Department will offer a public health course called Stop the Bleed from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22 at the Cicero Volunteer Fire Department and again from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5 at the Walnut Grove Community Center on East 256th Street, Cicero.
Stop the Bleed teaches how to pack wounds, apply pressure and use tourniquets. This is a free course, but space is limited and registration is required. Click here to register.
