Indiana State Senator Jim Buck (R-Kokomo) donated a bicycle to the Hamilton County Republican Party tent at the 4-H Fair, which was later given away to a lucky local youth for free. There were no tickets sold or any donations asked for entry into the drawing. Senator Buck drew the winning name himself and presented the bike in person to young Jackson Adams of Westfield.
