Hamilton Heights School Corporation has created its official hashtag #WeAreHuskies. The hashtag is designed to help boost pride and Heights’ brand as well as organize posts on social media to shine a light on all things Hamilton Heights.

“We wanted to offer a way for social media users to be able to organize content related to Hamilton Heights and create conversations as well as offer another medium to interact with our schools,” said Tim Gray, Secondary Instructional Coach/Technology Integration Specialist, who is credited with helping to create #WeAreHuskies. “We think the moniker aptly describes who we are as a district – inside and outside school grounds. Since their inception hashtags have evolved in a relatively short time into a powerful multipurpose social media tool in a 21st century world. We are really excited about having an official hashtag for everyone in our district and beyond to categorize, find, and join conversations related to Hamilton Heights School Corporation.”

In addition to connecting with Heights through #WeAreHuskies, the corporation encourages parents, friends, family and members of the community to stay in touch and engaged through other Heights social media applications including hhschuskies.org and @hhschuskies.

Heights welcomes and encourages input via social media, phone, cards, letters and/or notes delivered via mail to the administration office at 410 W. Main St., P.O. Box 469, Arcadia, IN, 46030, or by calling (317) 984-3538.
