Noblesville Schools will play host to a college fair featuring Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in partnership with Carmel Clay Schools and Hamilton Southeastern Schools.

The event will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7 at the Noblesville Schools Community Center, 1775 Field Drive, Noblesville, and features 18 HBCUs plus 18 other organizations representing Greek life, Black leaders, and college support services.

All central Indiana students are invited to participate, and attendees will learn about HBCU:

  • Admission processes
  • Programming
  • Scholarship opportunities
  • Culture

Noblesville Schools, Carmel Clay Schools, and Hamilton Southeastern Schools students will also be eligible for scholarships being offered.

The event is in its second year and was hosted last year in Carmel with over 300 participants attending. The collaboration among school districts is designed to expand the higher education options for Hamilton County students to consider as they embark on their college journey.

The event is made possible thanks to funding from the Hamilton County Community Foundation, Carmel Education Foundation, Noblesville Schools Education Foundation, and the Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation.
