CCHA Law names two new partners

Church Church Hittle and Antrim (CCHA Law) has announced that Chandler Lawson Flynn and Emily J. Schmale have been named Partners.

Schmale

Flynn

Flynn is a partner in the firm’s School and Education Law practice group. Licensed to practice law in Indiana and Tennessee, she is an enthusiastic, assertive, and service-minded individual with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from inception to disposition, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions that best serve her clients.

“From her first day with CCHA, Chandler has been a vital member of our firm,” Managing Partner Alex Pinegar said. “As she transitions to partnership, I have no doubt that Chandler’s leadership and client service will help to ensure that CCHA continues to have the preeminent School Law practice in Indiana.”

Schmale is a partner in the firm’s Family Law practice group. Paired with a background in business litigation, this equips her to address a spectrum of client needs, ranging from custody arrangements to complex disputed asset division. Additionally, she is a licensed mediator, which enables her to focus on creative problem solving for families.

“We are also very pleased to welcome Emily to our partnership,” Pinegar said. “Since she joined the firm, she has only strengthened our already strong Family Law practice. Emily is an excellent litigator. But Emily also really cares for her clients and she sees and treats them as real people with real problems – not just as another file.”
