Carmel’s own Jack Moe makes it to Fortnite finals

Teams to compete for over $3 million in prizes

Following coverage in The Reporter of his burgeoning esports career, Carmel’s own Jack Moe has made the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) Chapter 3 Finals.

Fortnite is the most popular esports game in the world with over 350 million players worldwide. The FNCS Finals comprises 50 teams of two players each – and Moe, also known by his handle @Speguuuu, is one of those finalists. This year, competitors are fighting for a total prize pool of $3,008,500.

To get into the Finals, Moe and his teammate won Game 5 of the semi-finals. You can watch a clip from that battle on Twitter.

The Finals take place this weekend, March 5 and 6.
