The Carmel Police Department swore in five new officers on Monday. The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Mayor Jim Brainard and Police Chief Jim Barlow during Monday evening’s City Council meeting. The new officers were joined by their families and several members of the Carmel Police Department.
