The Carmel Christkindlmarkt staff have unveiled the 2023 design of the Market’s iconic boot mug. This year’s mug will be rose colored, with a dark red interior.
Along with the updated color, this year’s mug features views of the Palladium, ice skaters on the Ice at Carter Green, and the Glühwein Pyramid – one of the signature sights at the Market, and the first Pyramid of its kind to come to the United States.
“Since the inaugural Christkindlmarkt in 2017, the Glühwein boot mugs have quickly become one of the most popular items at the Market,” said Maria Murphy, Market Master and CEO. “They have become a beloved collectible for many families. The unique color this year is sure to be a perfect addition to an existing collection or the wonderful start of a new one.”
These collectible mugs will be available for sale on-site at the Market for $6 each, while supplies last. They cannot be purchased online. Mugs can be purchased at various booths throughout the Market with or without a beverage.
