Sheridan dropped a 42-29 game to Covenant Christian Thursday at Larry Hobbs Hall.
The Warriors led 12-8 after the first quarter and 21-17 at halftime. Covenant Christian took further control in the third period, outscoring the Blackhawks 12-4 for a 33-21 lead.
Brielle Garner scored 12 points off four 3-pointers, making a triple in each quarter. Sadie Timme totaled six points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals. Makenzy Terry led the rebounds with seven.
Sheridan is 2-2 and hosts Western Boone on Tuesday.
