‘Back to School Blast’ will ensure 1,500 local kids get necessary school supplies

As the school year approaches, Grace Care Center is launching its annual Back to School Blast to provide 1,500 students with backpacks and essential supplies. The goal is aimed at helping kids head into the classroom confident, equipped, and supported by their community.

At the Care Center Community Fair on Saturday, July 26, children will receive brand-new backpacks filled with everything from notebooks and pencils to crayons and folders so they can start strong on their first day of school. The Community Fair is a tangible reminder that their community sees them and cares.

Getting involved is simple, and every dollar directly supports local kids. Whether you team up with other families or sponsor a whole classroom, your gift helps students succeed:

  • $5 – Tag Team: Join forces with other donors to support a student
  • $35 – Student Sponsor: Fully equip one student
  • $350 – Homeroom Hero: Provide supplies for 10 students
  • $1,000 – Classroom Champion: Equip an entire classroom
