The Cicero Professional Fire Fighters have announced their endorsement of Emily Pearson for Town Council in the 2nd District.
Representatives from the Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters PAC interviewed multiple municipal primary candidates this spring. Pearson stood out for her knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to keeping Cicero’s citizens and first responders safe.
After his members voted to endorse, Cicero Professional Fire Fighters District Vice President Christian Herron said, “Emily made a great impression with us. She understands the needs of public safety but also what it takes to keep Cicero moving forward. We are looking forward to working with her.”
The Cicero Professional Fire Fighters said Pearson is already well known for her involvement in the community and her dedication to Cicero is evident in all she does.

I appreciated the opportunity to participate in the candidate interview process. If elected, my priorities will be public safety and the welfare of the town employees. With Cicero’s continued growth, I believe we must ensure fire protection and coverage match that growth without failure.”
Cicero Professional Fire Fighters is a district of the Hamilton County Professional Fire Fighters Local 4416. The organization comprises over 375 professional firefighters and paramedics working in Hamilton County. Local 4416 is an affiliate of the Professional Fire Fighters Union of Indiana and the International Association of Fire Fighters.
