Westfield’s Grand Junction Plaza will be the site of a special programming series highlighting the process of creating some of the area’s best beverages.
The science and natural method of creating spirits, beer, and wine will be demonstrated by Westfield experts and crafters. Learn how your next beverage came to life and sample some local favorites.
These adult programs will take place weekly on select Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Café Pavilion building located in Grand Junction Plaza. Attendees must be aged 21 or over and present valid photo ID at check-in. Light snacks will also be provided.
The first session is Thursday, Jan. 12 with Urban Vines Winery & Brewery.
