The Sheridan boys basketball team finished its regular season Friday, falling to Frankton 73-30 in an away game.
The Eagles led 22-3 after the first quarter and 45-17 at halftime. The Blackhawks’ Ethan Moistner scored seven points in the second quarter. Frankton extended its lead to 64-26 after three periods, with Evan Grinstead scoring five points for Sheridan.
Moistner led the ‘Hawks with 12 points, including two 3-pointers.
Sheridan is 4-18 and travels to the Tipton sectional next Friday. The Blackhawks drew the bye and will play the winner of Tuesday’s first-round game between Tipton and Taylor.
