The Kiwanis Club of Cicero welcomed well over 60 people to its Books for a Bright Future Dinner and Silent Auction, held last Saturday, Sept. 26, at the South Harbour Clubhouse in Noblesville. DeLullo’s Trattoria catered the dinner.
The Books for a Bright Future program ensures every student at Hamilton Heights Elementary School receives a new, age-appropriate book during the Scholastic Spring Book Fair, at no cost to the student or their family. This year’s dinner brought in more than $7,000 for the program.
