Last Saturday, May 23, The Mad Tap, 134 E. Madison St., Tipton, welcomed Second Chance as the first band of the year to play outside on the big stage. A large crowd gathered for good food and great music, and to give a heart-felt send-off to local musical favorite Jeremy – if you know, you know.
