The Carmel Symphony Orchestra (CSO) has announced Molly Beaver (Wright) as Director of Development.

Beaver
Beaver brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community engagement, with a proven track record of building meaningful relationships and driving philanthropic growth. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Westfield Youth Sports, where she led a 50 percent increase in fundraising in just 15 months, while also doubling grant revenue and strengthening partnerships across the community.
Beaver’s career reflects a deep commitment to connecting donors and sponsors to impactful work. During her tenure with the Indiana Sports Corporation, she led youth initiatives reaching more than 100,000 young people annually – work made possible through strong donor engagement and strategic investment. She understands firsthand the vital role philanthropy plays in sustaining and expanding mission-driven organizations.
“I’m passionate about bringing people together through events, and shared experiences to strengthen partnerships and long-term program growth,” Beaver said. “I am especially pleased to be joining the CSO as they celebrate their 50th year. As we reflect on the strong arts-based economy the CSO helped create in this community, we are also mindful that we have a future to fund to ensure continued growth for generations to come.”
At the CSO, Beaver will focus on growing the community of supporters, enhancing donor engagement, and expanding opportunities for individuals and organizations to invest in the power of music. Her leadership will be instrumental as CSO continues to elevate artistic excellence, expand education programs, and ensure long-term sustainability.
